01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 999k platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is between you — the player — and 999k, the operator of this platform.

These terms apply to all services offered on 999k, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, bonuses, and any other features available on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use 999k.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use 999k, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Each player is permitted to hold one 999k account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

999k may require identity verification (KYC) at any point — particularly before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

• Keep your 999k login credentials secure and do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify 999k support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account transfers between players are not permitted.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

999k accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three mobile financial services most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits on 999k are generally credited to your account instantly. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used and any promotional conditions in effect.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your 999k account — are not permitted.
• 999k does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 999k are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect players. Withdrawals to a different wallet or third-party account are not permitted.

999k aims to process all withdrawal requests within minutes. The average withdrawal time on 999k is under three minutes for verified accounts. However, processing times may be longer in the following circumstances:

• Your account has not yet completed identity verification.
• The withdrawal triggers an automatic security review.
• There is an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements attached to your balance.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds standard daily limits.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.

• Only one bonus may be active on your 999k account at a time.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another player.
• 999k reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors.
• Free spins are valid only on the specified game and expire after the stated period.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have made at least one qualifying deposit, unless stated otherwise.

If you wish to withdraw your real-money balance before completing a bonus wagering requirement, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Your real-money balance will remain available for withdrawal.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 999k — whether on sports markets or casino games — are final once confirmed. 999k does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases where a market is voided due to circumstances outside our control (such as a match abandonment or technical error).

For sports betting, the following general rules apply on 999k:

• Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to 999k's specific sport rules for that market.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during a match.
• 999k reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all 999k casino games are as published by the respective game providers. 999k does not manipulate game outcomes.

08 Responsible Gaming

Players may also close their own 999k account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment wallet, subject to standard verification requirements.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 999k reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases of terms violations.

11 Limitation of Liability
